Make Free Call & Send Free SMS From PC/Laptop Browser: Free Call & Messaging From Browser

One of my blog/site regular readers called me, asking if someone cannot use Tringme on PC/Laptop to make free call and send free sms, here is post on that. In my previous post, I shared with you How to Make Free Call, Send Free SMS On BlackBerry Phones UsingTringme VoIP Messenger and How To Make Free Call, Send Free SMS On Android Phones Using Tringme VoIP Messenger, today post is for those that wish to make free call and send free sms with their PC/Laptop.

Through tringme, you can make high quality unlimited free calls from your PC/Laptop to other TringMe users all over the world using Wireless or Direct (LAN) connection. You can even make paid international calls to your friends and family on their mobile or landline numbers at unbeatable rates.

STEPS TO USE TRINGME TO MAKE FREE CALLS AND SEND FREE SMS FROM YOUR BROWSER.

Step 1: Sign up or create account with Tringme or Sign in if you already have created and verified account with Tringme.

Step 2: Once logged-in, you will see a screen like below. To make a call, just add a contact. The contact will appear on the left side of the page, click on it and press the Call button to place the call.

Step 3: If you already have a contact, select that contact. You will see contact details in the center of the screen. Click on the Call button to place the call. You can choose to make Free or Paid international calls by clicking 'paid call' checkbox. To make a call to a number not in your contacts, you can either add a contact or click on

button which will launch a dialer. You can always save that number as a contact directly from the dialer screen.

Note: When making a call, you will see a popup requesting accessing to microphone. Click on 'Allow' button to continue the call.

Step 4: To Receive Calls

Just like TringMe's mobile applications, you can receive incoming calls from other TringMe users on browser too. To receive a call, just keep the browser window open so that you are always online and reachable for your friends and family. When you receive a call on TringMe, you will hear a ring and also see a desktop notification. You will be able to accept or reject the call.

NOW HOW TO USE YOUR TRINGME TO SEND FREE SMS FROM YOUR PC/LAPTOP

You can send a message to another TringMe user which they will receive on their TringMe mobile application or when they login to TringMe's website. To send a message to a contact, select that contact. You will see contact details in the center of the screen. Type a message and click on the Send button. If the contact is online via TringMe mobile application or from this website, they will receive the message instantly. If not, they will receive it when they are online on TringMe.
