1. Phone Not Powering ON

Causes

• Battery contact legs have been broken
• Empty battery
• Bad power switch
• Phone that soak with water
• Software problem
• Bad flex which is the link between the screen panel
• Dead battery

Solution

• Replace the battery contact
• Boost battery using desktop charger
• Service the power button using methylated spirit and tooth brush
• Service the panel using methylated spirit and tooth brush
• Replace flex
• Replace battery
• Flash with computer

2. Mouth Piece Problem

Mouth piece problem is caused by accumulation of dust or mouth piece being shifted from its position as a result of falling down or bad mouth piece.

Solution

• Clean the mouth piece contact with cotton bud and methylated spirit
• Reconnect the mouth piece wire
• Reposition the mouth piece
• Replace the mouth piece

3. Insert SIM CARD Problem

Causes

• Phone falling into water
• Sim compartment covered with dust
• Bad SIM Card
• Sim contact or legs pin been broken
• Weak Sim IC

Solution

• Clean the panel with cotton bud and methylated spirit
• Use cotton bud to clean the sim or change the sim
• Reconnect the sim contact legs pin
• Change the casing
• Solder the broken parts and couple it
