How to Open a Nigerian PayPal Account in Few Seconds

PayPal is a service that allows one to make payment online without sharing one’s card detail each time one is making a payment. The benefit of owning a PayPal account goes beyond being able to make secure payments online—one can also receive/send money from/to other PayPal accounts. To know more about PayPal, read What is PayPal Inc, How Does it Work and How to Use PayPal?

On Tuesday, June 17, 2014, PayPal finally made good its earlier promise to allow Nigerians use its service.

But, the development came with restrictions: you can only send money to other PayPal accounts (not those owned by fellow Nigerians, though) or make online payments for products and services. You cannot receive or withdraw funds.

So, if you need a PayPal account for receiving funds from abroad, I guess this development will leave you disappointed rather than impressed.

The restrictions notwithstanding, creating your own Nigerian PayPal account has its benefits. With it, you can pay online for products and services such as Fiverr gigs, mini importation products, ebooks, mobile apps, software packages, WordPress plugins, website and blog themes and so on.

How To Open and verify your PayPal account.
Just follow these steps:
1. Visit www.paypal.com/ng

2. Click “Sign up for free”

4. Click “Open an account” under the “Individual” tab. (Don’t create a business account unless you have a strong reason to do that. You might be required to provide certain business documents that you may not have.)

5. Fill the form and click “Agree and create account”

Interesting Post:

6. On the security challenge page, enter the code displayed in the space provided and click “Continue”

7. Provide your credit card details as required on the next page, and click “Continue”

And that’s all. You've created your own PayPal account.

Note: If your you receive an error message regarding your credit card details, click “Continue to my account” and try to verify your account again using the “Get verified” link.

I have registered mine, so get online and register yours now. The whole process takes less than 5 minutes (depending on your connection speed, though).

I hope this tutorial have helped you. If anyone fined any difficulty then don't be shy to make use of the comment box below.

10 Types of People You Will Meet at ATMs in Nigeria Bank

This post may look funny but is a true fact. Each queue you see at the ATM is a fine blend of different types of people and personalities.

An automated teller machine or automatic teller machine, also known as cash machine, cash point, cash line, minibank, is an electronic telecommunications device that enables the customers of a financial institution to perform financial transactions, particularly cash withdrawal, without the need for a human cashier, clerk or bank teller.

If you use ATMs very often, you sure would have met all the following categories of people.
1. The fast users
These are the types of people you always pray to meet at the ATM. They get to the machine, press the necessary buttons, make their withdrawal within 2 minutes, and their off. When such people leave the machine, everyone on the queue gives them a “thumbs up” — inwardly, at least.

2. The balance checkers
All they have come to do at the ATM is to verify how much they have left in their account. We all like them because they don’t waste our time.

3. The stubborn ones
These ones will keep slotting in their ATM cards even after the machine tells them “Issuer or switch inoperative” or something else that implies they cannot withdraw. Some keep trying for up to 10 times. They never give up until they’re shouted at.

4. The over-careful users
They don’t have much to do at the ATM, but they try to be overly careful. You’ll see them carefully reading the screen before pressing each button. They’re trying not to make mistakes, but they could be very annoying.

5. The learners
These are the most annoying people you’ll meet at the ATM. They have come with someone to learn how to use the ATM machine, regardless of how long the queue is (imagine!). You’ll see some spending up to one hour or even more, learning how to use the ATM. Sometimes i do wonder why such people don’t come at times when there’s nobody or only few people waiting to use the machine.

6. The confused ones Or let’s call them the inexperienced users.
They’re yet to get familiar with the ATM. You’ll see them trying to use the machine on their own at first (feigning confidence). They’ll keep struggling with the machine until people on the queue start grumbling. Only at that point will they call someone to help them out — what they should have done earlier.

7. The doubting Thomases
This is another annoying set of people. They check their balance before withdrawal, count the cash after withdrawal, and still check their balance after withdrawal. You’ll then start wondering what happened to basic math.

8. The “CBN looters”
These ones have come to withdraw huge amounts — N300k, N250k, etc. — at the ATM. They’ll keep other people waiting for several minutes. Each time they retrieve cash from the machine, you’ll think that’s the last time. But no, they’ll continue until you give up on them. Then you’ll start praying inwardly that they don’t drain all the cash left in the machine.

9. The beggars
When these ones get to the machine and see the long queue, they approach those in the front and start begging to be allowed to use the machine, citing various excuses.

10. The lurkers
These ones could be very annoying, too. You won’t see them on the queue until when it’s almost your turn to use the machine. That’s when you’ll see them flying in from nowhere and taking their positions in front of you, claiming they were there before. When they get back to the queue, you’ll be pushed 7 places backwards, and that’s what makes them annoying.

Which of these people do you find most annoying? Have you met other types of people at ATMs that are not on this list? Share your thoughts by leaving a comment.
I hope this tutorial have helped you.

Download and Install Google Play Store For Samsung Galaxy Core Max Dual Sim or Any Android Device/Phone

Recently, one of my blog readers asked me this question, i did some research about it which i was able to up with the solution. Yes Android devices come with Google Play Store, but some don't. There are two methods by which you can Download and Install Google Play Store in any Android device/phone, if it is not in your Android device or maybe you mistakenly delete the one you have.

First Method: Download the play store
(i) Download the play store and play services package files (APK) from the link below:

(ii). Direct sideload from your device:
Now Depending on which device you have, just go to your Settings and find the Security section. From there scroll down until you find the ''Unknown Sources'' check box and make sure it is enabled/checked off . Now, just go to your download folder or click the completed download notification in the notifications drop down shade, and launch the APK files. You'll be prompted to read permissions and accept then the app will install. And that's it. Create a Google account or log in and you're golden. The same sideloading process works for all APKs

Second Method
For this method you'll have to root your device. If your device is rooted you can copy the APK files you downloaded from first method above to your root directory to System/App using a root manager like ES File Explorer. Install it and then restart your device.
